Plebant being the detail oriented person that he naturally was (which was also why he was made a tribal leader of his particular tribe by the way (because no one wanted the responsibility because Tribal Leaders often died before they were 40 or 50. (However, suffice it to also say that often marauders died before age 30 or age 40 like many risk takers here on earth).
Anyway, to make a long story short the Marauders were pretty angry that Geoffrey was dead from an outsider and wanted to "string her up" as in Hang her.
However, it's true they didn't know that she was literally un-killable in that she was someone with literally thousands of bodies so if you actually killed the body she was in by say nuking it or blowing it up with enough explosives she would simply get other bodies that were hers and end all those people no questions asked. But, the marauders didn't know any of this, did they? They didn't even know she wasn't human and was over 5 million years old in evolution as a created sentient. So, they didn't know she was even a created sentient (sometimes called a Robotic Sentient) in less polite circles.
Plebant had distributed his video of what had actually happened and then some wise person said, "Hey! There's something really wrong here! No human being can move that fast like she did. Therefore she is not human but only appearing to be human. So, they filed a complaint against her with the Galactic Time Guard for not telling Geoffrey that she wasn't a real human being.
NOTE: Just remember here that Purple is a good friend of the Galactic Sentience who supersedes all rules pretty much (even though he believes in a type of democracy really too). However, his species of creators actually built the galaxy and so because they created and built it they also own everything in this galaxy too. This is how Creators see this ultimately. So, though Purple is his friend he also owns her. Purple has no problem with this because she is a created sentient who has risen as far as she can in this galaxy and who is very pragmatic. However, Humans are not often this pragmatic and would have problems if they fully understood all this.
So, the Marauder Tribal Groups complaining to the Galactic Time Guard about Purple isn't going to fly because the Galactic Sentience is who really runs the Galactic time Guard in the beginning, in the middle and in the end on all time lines relating to this Galaxy.
Plebant being more educated than most Marauders already knew all this because he had already timed how fast her hand moved her right index finger into Geoffrey's brain and then he watched the hand glow because likely electricity had finished the job of ending Geoffrey's life. Plebant was at a genius level, you see, So, his way of seeing all this is that this was a Mercy killing more than anything else.
Plebant hadn't risen to the top as a Tribal Chief by accident and he knew that the only way they were going to make any money from this Earth deal was if Moksha stayed King because he had already said that whoever was allowing this wouldn't if Moksha wasn't the King.
So, knowing all this Plebant after sending out the video that Moksha wanted sent then made his own video tranmission to tell people his findings. They respected Plebant even if they all thought he was a geek because he was always the smartest guy in the room so to speak.
This is basically what Plebant said, "I've analized the speed of the blow and found that she is not human. But, I've heard that the ultimate weapon in the galaxy is someone also called Purple, as in Purple Delta 7."
"Your complaint to the Galactic Time Guard won't create any good outcome because she is the weapon of the Galactic Sentience who rules and who owns this galaxy on behalf of all the Creators of his family of Creators that are still alive or those that haven't been born yet. "
"If you muck about in all of this you could get all of us killed."
"If you choose to pursue this any further I will rat you out because I'm not going to die for your stupidity. My tribe doesn't have to die because you cannot see what is happening here. Purple Delta 7 is the most scary military force in the galaxy and you people want her punished for just doing her job.
"She's not human and likely over 5 million years old in Time travel is the research I'm getting from contacts around the Galaxy. You are fools to pursue her at all. This is all too big for us to get involved in. They either let us make some money on earth with Moksha, our King or we will be screwed out of trillions of dollars. Geoffrey actually did kill a Time Guard agent who was brought back to life through time manipulation. We are lucky that they didn't nuke our headquarters on Ganymede or something because of what he actually did. We need to let this one go so we can make some money on earth. We need to see Geoffrey as our sacrificial lamb so we can make some money now teaching people on earth how to live with or without a planet like we do as marauders."
