Cox Cable has been down so no wifi in Goleta since Saturday or Santa Barbara since Monday night. What is this an alien attack?

I’m here in Santa Barbara and Cox Cable went down in Goleta
some time Saturday I guess the gardener said and it went down
Here in Santa Barbara proper some time Monday night likely. There
Is still Cox Cable TV and you can get things like Netflix for some reason
But you still cannot get any wifi anywhere in Santa Barbara at least
With Cox Cable.
Cox is the main Cable provider to Santa Barbara and Goleta and surrounding area.
It came back on as of around 7PM Wednesday night September 8th, 2021.

Of human culture and technology was wiped away on 9-11-01 except
For maybe paper books which was how some culture eventually returned
In Switzerland (because it was a neutral country that didn’t get nuked by
The doomsday weapons on 9-11 on the first timeline.
Note: We here on the 2nd time line now have been modified by the 3rd, 4th
And 5th timelines already just to still be alive (here in 2021).
In other words no one would be here without the 2nd through the 5th
timelines that have now kicked in so that ANYONE is still alive now here
On earth.
Finally, Arcane got his bearings and looked at his wife, Celeste and said
her. “I’m going to be okay now, I think.”
Celeste: “Okay. Then I’m going to circulate to say hi to everyone I haven’t
