"What did you Find Out?" was what everyone desperately wanted to know.

Were we right?

Moksha: "Well. Yes and NO."

"I have to be careful about how I even talk about this in order to protect my sources. This is what I can tell you. We have a very controlled opportunity here from everything I gather. The Galactic Government and Time Guard want some people on earth to survive what is coming for them."

Tribal leader Geoffrey: "What in the world does that mean?"

Moksha: "They apparently mostly want us to teach them how to survive with or without a planet. This is what the Galaxy actually wants from us."

"Here. Listen to this digital recording of this and you will see what I'm trying to fathom. It's in my own words because there could be no evidence of where it came from."

All present listened attentively to this document that wasn't a document but they all realized Moksha had really high contacts up in either the Galactic Time Guard or in the Galactic Government directly to have something like this. His reputation went up a lot that day among the Marauder Tribal Leaders.

When Moksha's voice reading this whole thing finished one Geoffrey said, "That's really crazy! You mean to say there is a remote chance that they will let some of us that are more law abiding actually live on earth?"

Moksha: "If it were up to my contacts alone he would let the more law abiding among us stay there indefinitely."

Geoffrey: "Wow! That's more amazing than even what you read to us!"

Moksha: "Here's the problem. We all have some pretty wild ones in each of our tribes as you know. And if they get loose on Earth it all could end for us (this opportunity) in ONE DAY if the wrong things happened on that day or week. So, unless we keep a really tight leash on all of our tribal doings (each tribe) it could all be over in one day.

Geoffrey: "How are we going to manage all this?"

Moksha: "I have access to someone with an Earth Based Time Pool."

Geoffrey: "Can this really be known without some of our leaders dying?"

Moksha: "What I'm saying cannot leave this room. We are the deciders but none of this information can leave this room or people might either die or never be born!"

Geoffrey: "So, this could be both an incredible opportunity and a curse as well?"

Moksha: "I'm afraid so, Geoffrey and everyone else present too."

Geoffrey was the Heir apparent if something happened to Moksha.

Moksha: "Now this is the strangest part of all this for me and likely for you as well. This all instantly goes away if I'm not the King of the Marauder Tribes!"

Geoffrey scowled: "Whose Butt did you have to kiss for this dispensation, Moksha?"

Moksha just laughed because he knew Geoffrey was really pissed off now.

Geoffrey couldn't help smiling too at himself and Moksha.

Moksha: "My contact is a childhood friend through time that ONLY trusts me because we have each other's back since childhood."

Geoffrey: "So, someone really high up was a childhood friend of yours?"

Moksha: "Yes!"

Geoffrey: "Is he corruptible?"

Moksha: "He's the opposite of that, Geoffrey, if anything. He even knows the Galactic Sentience and the Oneness of Earth personally. He could make you disappear permanently never born with One word so be really careful what you say next in this context!"

Geoffrey: "So to some degree all this is Iron Clad in how everything will be enforced?"

Moksha: "We could make Trillions of dollars in this deal or all be completely wiped out by what we choose here today or soon."

Everyone present shuddered a little at the paradox of this moment.

Geoffrey was exceedingly greedy and said, "You are talking about U.S. dollars I presume?" And he could feel his mouth watering at this prospect.

Moksha: "Yes!"

Geoffrey: "How do we proceed?"

Moksha: "Cautiously. Did anyone record what I said on the digital recording so we have other copies for everyone?"

Sheepishly one Tribal Leader said: "I hoped you wouldn't be angry but I did."

Moksha: "Listen Carefully, Plebant, I need you to delete everything said here but the recording. If I find you have kept anything else you won't be alive the next day. Do you get me!"

Plebant was really scared to the point where he peed his pants and said, "Okay. Your Highness. Only the part you recorded on the cell phone from earth will be kept. But, whose Cell phone is this?"

Moksha to himself only in his mind: "OH Shit! I need to burn up this cell phone immediately down to nothing so no record of whose it is is left."

"Geoffrey I need your de-atomizer for a moment."

Geoffrey: "What do you need it for sire?" Geoffrey obviously was scared at this point.

Moksha: "I need to atomize this cell phone down to nothing."

Geoffrey still scared said, "Can I do it for you?"

Moksha said: "If you do it right now in front of all of us, yes."

Geoffrey: "So, who this smartphone belongs to is important."

Moksha: "Maybe."

Geoffrey smiled a big smile because Geoffrey had time traveling equipment that Moksha didn't know about that was contraband. So, even if he de-atomized the smartphone he could revisit this place and track down who it belonged to.

Moksha placed the smartphone in a fire pit nearby and Geoffrey disappeared it with his gun.

Geoffrey: "That phone really stinks. I'm not sure we should have done that because the smell might be cancer causing."

Moksha:"Well. At least it won't be causing your death right now someone else in this room."

Geoffrey realized at this moment he was totally out of his league regarding time travel compared to the Galactic time Guard. His previous idea likely would get his birth prevented he realized just then. Chills traveled up and down his spine at this point. He wanted to punch himself in the face for being so stupid to think he could do what he wanted to before.

Moksha: "Now Plebant, Play your copy of my digital recording of the conditions."

Plebant was scared that his recording wasn't very good. He listened on his earpiece and found the beginning of the conditions for their entry into Earth's environs without being killed by the Galactic Government or the Oneness of Earth.

Plebant: "I found it."

Moksha: "Anyone with any kind of recording device use it now when you hear this so this copy isn't lost."

Many Cell phone or smart phone or planet to space communicator types of devices emerged from many pockets of the leaders of the Marauders as the recording was played.

It was not the best recording but many of these people recording had software to enhance the quality of their recordings for posterity. Because if this all worked and they all didn't die doing this then they were all going to be rich beyond their dreams and they knew it. Earth was nothing if not one of the richest places in the Galaxy in regard to natural resources. This they all knew quite well.

Note: If you are wondering what this means:

What it means in real time is that Moksha is aware that at the very least

robotic Sentients are likely listening in to whatever is being said there. So,

even though the robotic sentients of the Galactic Time Guard thought of this

idea anything that Geoffrey or anyone else says their could cause them to

"Never have been born" in real time.

Does Geoffrey understand all this? Maybe and Maybe not but that doesn't

stop it from being true for everyone present. Also, do the robotic sentients (of the Galactic Time Guard)

have a stake in the marauder tribes making all this work here on earth? Of course they do

because they were tasked with doing this research in the first place by Purple

Delta 7 who is likely the most advanced synthetic human being construct in the Galaxy at the personal Request of Arcane who is also Saint Germain of many

Earth religions to begin with.

How does a person who is a member of any of these religions reconcile all this?

One of Saint Germain's more famous statements is: "There is nothing good or bad

but thinking makes it so."

What this means in this context is that: "the needs of the many often outweigh the needs

of the few or the one" As Spock would say.

In other words it's better that some humans on earth survive to 2100 AD and beyond than NO humans at all

survive until 2100 AD.

And it's also better that Galactic Park Earth's ecology survives earth born humans too long term.

And how would robotic sentients be listening in to everything said there?

Oh. One easy way would be through Arcane's smartphone which he gave to Moksha to record

the accords for the Marauder tribes or through literally any communications device that any member of this meeting had on them, that's how.

So, likely everything said at that meeting up and until Arcane's smartphone was vaporized would have been automatically recorded by the Galactic Time Guard robotic sentients already and everything else would have also been recorded by literally any communication device that was on in that room. And would the robotic Sentients share this with anyone human or alien in the Galactic Time Guard? Not necessarily. But could people at that meeting be disappeared and never born for misuses of this information by the Robotic Sentients? You bet! Would they tell humans or aliens in the Galactic Time Guard who they disappeared? not necessarily.

This is just how efficient the Galaxy is around things like this in keeping things in order regarding planet Earth especially.

King Moksha of the Tribes of Space Marauders of this section of the Galaxy of the Milky Way Galaxy thought to himself: "I've found out that Arcane is going to be in Zurich, Switzerland tonight for a family reunion. I better go see what is going on with the Galactic Time Guard here on earth.

So, he appeared as a man in a tuxedo who looked European and upper class and walked up to Arcane and his two children. Arcane looked at him and telepathed with him: "Moksha? is that you?"

And Moksha having known Arcane through time said, "Yes. It's me Arcane. Can I speak privately to you?"

Arcane said telepathically: "I need to attend this family event but you know I'm a sanctioned Time traveler. Meet me outside my room, 474 and I'll be there in a minute. I'll bend time to do it. Okay?"

Moksha nodded like in Greeting or respect of Arcane and his family and headed towards Room 474.

Arcane excused himself for a moment to go to the public restroom again and transported himself from the stall up to his room while Moksha walked up and knocked on the door.

Arcane and Moksha Hugged as old friends. They had met on New Deva when they were children as Arcane was growing up. Moksha's parents were refugees from a planet they had to escape a war on. Moksha's parents had been leaders of this planet but had to escape with their son, Moksha.

Arcane had helped heal Moksha's mind as children because he was good at this sort of thing even then. So, even though Moksha was King of the Space Marauder tribes now they still were good friends.

Arcane said, "Sit down old friend."

Moksha said: "What's going on with earth? It doesn't make any sense at all."

Arcane: "I have to be very careful what I say to you Moksha and I might need you not to repeat any of this, okay?"

Moksha: "Yes. I understand the sensitivity of all this."

Arcane: "Well. Moksha. It's kind of like this. Earth born humans are in trouble but the galaxy doesn't want to bail them out. But, the Galactic Time guard doesn't want earth born humans to go extinct. Do you get where this is going?"

Moksha: "Where do the Space Marauder tribes fit into all of this?"

Arcane: "Well. It's like this. We want you basically to have a neutral influence over earth people, except we want you to train key people in governments all over the world how to survive something like this. No one knows better than you or your tribes how to survive without a planet or at least without a viable planet and global Climate change is starting to really foul things up for humans even in highly developed countries like the EU, the U.S. and in China. I don't know how much you have been watching CNN lately but it's getting pretty bad between Hurricanes and Covid and we are worrying about even more lethal pandemics to come now too."

Moksha: "So, you want us to save mankind from themselves?

Arcane: "In a very neutral way we want you to save mankind from themselves.

Moksha: "In reality Arcane what will this actually look like?

I made a printout for you but we have to burn it before you leave. So, I want you to read it into my smart phone and take this smartphone with you so it is only in your own words. If you stay within the guidelines I have outlined which I drew up with the Oneness of this planet who is directly under the Galactic Sentience----"

Words trailed off when Moksha said, "I wasn't aware this planet was a Galactic protectorate! I just thought it was a Galactic Park!"

Arcane: "It's both Moksha. And the Galactic Time guard views humans about like the deer in National parks on earth that might need to be thinned out because there aren't enough cougars to do it for them."

Moksha: "Are we supposed to be those cougars for the Galactic Time Guard?"

Arcane: "Not exactly. Just read this document into my smartphone and take it with you, okay? The principles I outlined here are what I and the Oneness of this planet will put up with from the Space Marauder tribes that you are the King of. So, you will have to police your own to stay within these guidelines."

Moksha: "I don't have a Time pool to observe all the changes my tribes will make here."

Arcane: "That's okay the Oneness of Earth and I do."

Moksha: "So, you will tell us when to back off in certain ways?"

Arcane: "Exactly. However, if you stop being king of the Marauders for any reason this all ends, you do understand this?"

Moksha: "So only because I'm King will you and the Oneness of Earth will put up with us here?"

Arcane: "That's right! Because I know I can trust you even though I likely couldn't trust any of the other tribal leaders of the Marauders."

Moksha: "IF we obey all these rules can some of us stay here more permanently?"

Arcane: "I would say yes if it was only me but I have to answer to both the Oneness and the Galactic Sentience as well as the Galactic Time Guard. You do understand this?"

Moksha: "It makes complete sense to me but in the meantime I think many marauders might get very rich on earth while they are teaching the upper class how to survive all this."

Arcane: "I would like you as much as possible teach all classes of people on earth how to survive these times these next couple of centuries.

Moksha: "If we obey the rules how long will we be allowed to stay here on earth?"

Arcane: "We envision a minimum of 10 to 20 years time or more. But, if things get out of hand for any reason we will pull the plug in likely one day's time."

Moksha: "You have to be really timely in telling me when my subjects are messing up!"

Arcane: "Give me a device to contact you with."

Moksha: "I don't have anything like that with me, do you?"

The green sphere appeared and Moksha said: "WTF is this?"

Arcane said, "It takes me to any time or space."

Moksha: "No one I ever heard of has one of these!"

The Oneness of this planet now does.

Moksha: "You could stop anything from happening in any time or space with one of these!"

Arcane: "Yes. I have." and Moksha got scared at this point and realized just how potentially deadly his friend actually was.

Moksha watched as Arcane talked to the Green Sphere and said, "I want a contact device for Moksha that Only he and I can use. I want it to self destruct if anyone but Moksha tries to use it."

The green sphere said, "Here is an invisible glove that looks just like his right hand. As long as he is alive he can wear this and speak to you through me. Here is another invisible glove for you Arcane so two way contact remains 24 hours a day as long as you wish this to last."

Arcane said, "How does it operate?"

The Green Sphere: "If Moksha calls your name, your glove, Arcane will vibrate and you can then speak into your hand. And the same for Moksha."

Arcane: "Does this work between times and space both?"

The Green Sphere: "Yes."

Moksha: "Where is this Green sphere From?"

Arcane smiled and then said: "If I told you then I would have to kill you."

Moksha laughed out loud at this because then he totally got it.

After Moksha spoke into Arcane's smartphone he took it and left pretty soon after giving his childhood friend a hug goodbye.

He felt as much as was possible Arcane had his back now and he hoped his subjects would listen to him enough to make all this work for everyone.

The Reunion: "The next second after he had left the public restroom back stairs Arcane was back in the stall and walking out and washing his hands and returning to his children and his wife was there too.

Celeste after kissing Arcane "hello" said to Arcane: "You are spoiling Star Rainbow too much, Arcane. I had to fly all the way here coach and like it. When are you going to bring the Green Sphere and get me one of these times? Huh?"

Arcane knew Celeste was half serious half joking and so he said, "Well. It was the only way I figured I could actually get her here."

Celeste: "She had you over a barrel, Arcane. Admit it."

Arcane: "By the way I'm okay with picking you up for these around the world functions with my green sphere too."

Celeste: "I'm thinking I'll take you up on that for the next ones. I'm exhausted from the flights from Hawaii to Zurich even without the jet lag kicking in."

Arcane: "Well. We aren't getting any younger. We get regenerated but that doesn't mean we don't still feel tired as we age."

Celeste said, "Age? You and I still look like we are in a 30s or 40s at most and most of that is on purpose so we don't look like children who have children."

The two of them smiled at each other. It was really nice to see each other. Arcane put his arm around her and waded out into the Family gathering.

Celeste's family had flown in on spacecraft especially to see her and Arcane and so had Arcane's parents. Even young Arcane who was now married to Ah Ray In was here as well. Even Prophetess was here even though in her own time she was married to Arcane already because he had met her 800 years into the future of Arcane's timeline after Celeste chose to die. But, she couldn't mention that to anyone and Young Arcane and Ah Ray in wouldn't mention it either. Because you don't tell people about something that is going to happen 800 years forward anyone's future. That would be cruel beyond words, especially information about Celeste choosing to be dead at an age of around 800 years old and then Arcane marrying the very young looking (because she was) Prophetess right now.

I couldn't get the link to Chapter 1 to "Stick" on Chapter 4 so I thought I would give it to you this way now.

I wanted also to write about how my experiences began with Jesus and Saint Germain. I was raised a mystical Christian which has some similarities to Theosophy that came from people like Madam Blavatsky. So, if you mixed Theosophy and say Christian Science into a Belief system that is similar to what I was raised in and my parents were ministers in Seattle and California in San Diego and Los Angeles. And in Los Angeles they were in charge of the Hope Street "I AM" sanctuary there in down town Los Angeles while we lived in first Tujunga from 1954 to 1956 when we moved to Glendale which was about 20 minutes to 1/2 and hour from downtown Los Angeles (if there was no traffic) then in 1956. When we lived in Tujunga it was about 1 hour to get to downtown Los Angeles then. Also, the public school system was thee best in Los Angeles County in Glendale then too and my cousin who eventually went to USC on scholarship and then I went to public school in Glendale then.
When I was about 8 years old (about the time I moved to Glendale in 3rd grade I began to get really bored waiting for my parents to be done with church. One day I got the idea of pouring my love to the pictures of Jesus and Saint Germain as friends in my life. This was very powerful and they began talking to me as i poured my love to them (Pouring your love to someone was a way people talked in my church then. You poured your love to try to heal people in various ways when God empowered you to do this and angels were present too.
So, when I began pouring my love to Jesus and Saint Germain they both became my mentors and told me what to do to succeed and prosper in all ways in my life. So, the beginning of being like I am now started as a child able to have 2 way conversations with Jesus and Saint Germain starting at age 8 years old.
The other thing was that they never failed me in guiding me to the perfect results in my life ongoing. So, not only did they advise me they were ALWAYS correct in what they said too. So, as long as I listened to them my life became more and more perfect as time went on.
This doesn't mean I didn't have health and psychological problems growing up just like most kids do. What it does mean is as I listened to them I didn't die like many did then who were my age from various crazy things or diseases or accidents.
So, I was ALWAYS protected once Jesus and Saint Germain became my mentors during this lifetime ongoing.
Even when I write about Saint Germain it is a two way conversation with him telling me about his lifetimes. So, in this sense it is likely different than what we called dictations from Masters and more like Saint Germain as Arcane explaining his experiences as Arcane of the Galactic Time Guard who is also Saint Germain of many religions here on earth and who is a designated Galactic Saint by the Galactic Sentience himself who is the leader of this Galaxy.

Cox Cable has been down so no wifi in Goleta since Saturday or Santa Barbara since Monday night. What is this an alien attack?

September 8th 2021 Wednesday

I’m here in Santa Barbara and Cox Cable went down in Goleta

some time Saturday I guess the gardener said and it went down

Here in Santa Barbara proper some time Monday night likely. There

Is still Cox Cable TV and you can get things like Netflix for some reason

But you still cannot get any wifi anywhere in Santa Barbara at least

With Cox Cable.

Cox is the main Cable provider to Santa Barbara and Goleta and surrounding area.

It came back on as of around 7PM Wednesday night September 8th, 2021.

Arcane Smiled to see his parents here. Of course they were wearing belts

that made them appear to be human rather than Amphibian humans with

Gills and a voice synthesizer because their 9 inch amphibian tongues

could not speak English or any other human language the way we do here

All this now was burned away or never built in 2021, where everything

Of human culture and technology was wiped away on 9-11-01 except

For maybe paper books which was how some culture eventually returned

In Switzerland (because it was a neutral country that didn’t get nuked by

The doomsday weapons on 9-11 on the first timeline.

Note: We here on the 2nd time line now have been modified by the 3rd, 4th

And 5th timelines already just to still be alive (here in 2021).

In other words no one would be here without the 2nd through the 5th

timelines that have now kicked in so that ANYONE is still alive now here

On earth.

Finally, Arcane got his bearings and looked at his wife, Celeste and said

her. “I’m going to be okay now, I think.”

Celeste: “Okay. Then I’m going to circulate to say hi to everyone I haven’t

Yet. Okay?”

Arcane: “Yes.”
