I learned something more about "The Alien War" tonight
I was watching "The Diplomat" on Netflix with my wife which is a new series I believe. It's about a lady who thinks she is becoming the Ambassador to Afghanistan but instead becomes the Ambassador to England instead appointed by the President of the United States.
In watching this many of the things I learned about how the Galactic Government works and has worked likely for millions of years or more began to make more sense to me regarding what I wrote in "The Alien War".
