Remember how I said the counters of visits often reset to zero every couple of years here at blogspot (blogger.com)? They just did it again.

So, yesterday the counter was almost 6 million visits this time and today it went back to zero for today Zero yesterday and 202 for last month?

 

Yes. None of it makes any sense at all to me either. So, if you check your stats page if you are a blogger here this is pretty messed up when it does this and could cause you psychological problems or other problems.

Just so you know you cannot count on counters working for more than a year or two at best.

And yesterday my counter was at almost 6 million yesterday. So, maybe the new counters only go to 5 million 999 thousand 999?

 

So, every year or so the counters reset for whatever the reason back to zero. This is what you need to know so you are not upset when it happens. It's better to be prepared.

 

This has already happened countless times for me at this site and I have been here since Fall of 2007.
